Reliability: An in-house contingency plan is in place in case I myself get into an accident. I will carry a “I am a professional cat-sitter, there are cats under my care, please contact my back-up at __________” card at all time in case of unexpected injury or illness.

Professionalism: I am trained to handle feline behaviour and feline first aid. During each visit, I will be equipped with a feline first aid kit and specialised cat music to reduce stress.

Security: Client’s keys will be locked in a safe in my office. I will be the only person with access to the safe. No address will be marked on the keys. Your contact details will be stored in a computer file with password login. Only I will have access to this data.
